ezine articles rejections for no reason

Ezine articles has gone completely down the tube.
I manage about 10 authors accounts for ezinearticles, all near perfect (and native) english speakers.

With perfectly good articles they now offer rejection reasonssuch as
Issue 1 (Section 1.e)
http://ezinearticles.com/editorial-guidelines.html#1-e
---------
To be accepted for review, your submission must have proper English grammar, spelling, punctuation, spacing, capitalization and sentence structure. Please have the Title, Article Body, and 'Author SIG - Resource Box' proof read and correct any errors before resubmitting for an Editorial Review.

Issue 2 (Section 2.e xiii)
http://ezinearticles.com/editorial-guidelines.html#2-e-xiii
---------
We do not accept articles that do not use paragraphs to appropriately break up the body of the article. Please ensure that your article contains these appropriate breaks.

This with articles that already have good paragraph structure and no spelling mistakes identified.
What's worse is the following response
"We would like to help you get this article approved but there is an issue which needs to be resolved first.
Please contact us at http://ezinearticles.com/contact.html for more information."

This response is a complete waste of time and not at all helpful.

Never had any issues in the past, and now articles are getting rejected multiple times for issues such as "not using paragraphs" when they clearly are, and spelling and grammar, when there are no issues, and no spell check, and their spell check finds no issues.
I asked them to explain exactly how they would re-word one of the "incorrect" sentences, and their correction was EXACTLY the same as how it was already written, not even a comma out of place.

It's all really pathetic.

If the editors are going to be incompetent the EDITORS should at least do some helpful/any EDITING, not just reject 3 times when they don't like the wording of one sentence and offer no helpful advice.

If they're worried about losing traffic, then rejecting everything and having no new content will certainly lose them more traffic. If they add nofollow, then they're going to lose probably 50%+ of their authors.

Looking at moving from ezine articles on to someone else since their staff are now completely incompetent and rejecting, expecting some ultra professional pulitzer prize winning level of article.
Please provide some suggestions. Go Articles, or someone? Our hundreds of articles don't deserve to be on EZA, and if not on another article site, we should keep them on our own sites.
